1.The company reserves the right to accept returns only for products that are in their original condition, unused, and in their original unopened packaging. We are only able to accept returns for products purchased through www.theorganicpharmacyth.com.

2.For orders placed under promotional campaigns that include special offers, free gifts, or complimentary items (such as sample products, gift sets, bags, full-size products, or discounts), customers acknowledge that these complimentary items are provided free of charge as part of the promotion. If an order containing such promotional items is canceled or returned, the customer must return both the purchased product(s) and all associated complimentary items. For partial order cancellations or refunds, the customer must return all purchased products along with any complimentary items. If the final purchase amount falls below the qualifying threshold for receiving the promotional gift, the customer will no longer be eligible for the offer.

3.If the company approves a return, we will process the refund and submit the refund request to the payment provider through the original payment method within 14 days from the date the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
